Practice Dāna — The Joy of Giving

Dana, in the Buddhist tradition, is the practice of generosity without expectation.
It is the understanding that giving is not a transaction — it is a way of cultivating connection, compassion, and collective wellbeing.
At The Art of Healing With Love, we honor Dana in many forms.
You are invited to give in whatever way feels true to your heart.

How Your Offering Serves Others
Through the spirit of Dana, these teachings are able to continue growing and reaching those who seek them. Your generosity helps support free Zhineng Qigong practice sessions, transformational workshops such as You Are the Medicine, free healing content shared through YouTube and social media, and the creation of retreats that bring people together in community, learning, and practice.
While many of these offerings are freely available, they require time, care, resources, and ongoing financial investment to create and sustain. At present, much of this work is funded personally. Each contribution helps nurture the roots of this work, allowing us to dedicate our energy to creating spaces for healing, connection, and transformation, while ensuring these teachings remain accessible to all who may benefit from them.
